Hey, I’m Dylan—founder of DJM Marketing. I’ve been working in marketing for over 10 years, and I started this business because I genuinely love helping people bring clarity and momentum to their ideas.
Before launching DJM, I worked at Compass, where I partnered with real estate agents all over the country to develop custom marketing strategies, grow their brands, and launch standout campaigns. I created and led Compass Rose, the company’s internal marketing brand, and facilitated monthly trainings for agents and staff for over three years. I also helped shape internal marketing strategy and staff development across the organization.
What I’ve learned is that every business is different but they all need the same thing: a plan that makes sense and strategies to help carry it through.
